This dissertation studies Edinburgh campus students during weather closures. Continuity tracked whether the assessed task already lived in the VLE, as it does for online peers. Hidden campus-only assessments failed first. The lesson is design, not heroics. University of Brigant’s two pathways should be a resilience architecture for a Scottish winter as well as an access architecture for students who will never see Arthur’s Seat.
