This paper rebuilds Brigant MBA operations and finance cases around Central Belt exporters, tourism operators and professional-service firms. Online students used the same data packs; campus students could add a firm visit where firms consented. Local cases produced more implementable recommendations. Imported City cases produced more fluent jargon. University of Brigant should keep Edinburgh’s actual economy in the MBA core. A dual-pathway university based in Scotland has no excuse for teaching only another capital’s firms.
