About Crownshire University

Affordable UK degrees online or on campus in York.

Overview

University of Brigant’s Master of Public Administration (Scotland) is for officers and analysts who must deliver under devolution: local authorities, public bodies, and the interface with reserved UK functions. Thirty-six credits, Edinburgh campus or tuition-free online, one academic standard. You will write committee papers, read budgets as politics, and keep NHS and education interfaces in view without claiming clinical or teacher status. No government logos. Capstones use anonymised public-service files. Dual pathway lets officers who cannot relocate to Edinburgh sit the same identity-checked assessments as campus students. The MPA is not a civil-service appointment.

Delivered on campus in York with in-person seminars, library access, and student services.
