About University of Brigant

Historic UK university (founded 1883) with Edinburgh campus and tuition-free online degrees.

Overview

This MSc is for people who already live with delayed discharge, winter plans, and the gap between a Scottish Government target and a ward that has no staff to meet it. University of Brigant teaches health service management as UK/NHS systems work—integration joint boards, territorial boards, and the politics of money flowing through Edinburgh and the rest of Scotland—not as a clinical conversion course. You will not be trained to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. You will be trained to write a board paper that a non-executive can interrogate, to read a waiting-list without worshipping the dashboard, and to keep one academic standard whether you sit in Edinburgh or study tuition-free online.

Delivered fully online with live seminars, recorded lectures, and tutor support.
