PGCert Women in Executive Leadership (Stay-in-Post) (Online)

This PGCert is for women already in executive or near-executive roles in GCC organisations and family enterprises who need stay-in-post craft, not a conference badge. Arab Leadership University will not employ you via UN Women and will not licence you as a director. Fifteen credits over nine months, tuition-free online aside from the examination fee. You will practise bilingual board writing, localisation politics, and leadership files that survive founder rooms. Capstones are workplace packs from your post, anonymised. Identity-checked exams sit beside a stay-in-post pack from your current role, anonymised. You will not claim UN Women employment or a listed-company director licence.
