About Arab Leadership University

Fully online Arabic digital university serving the League of Arab States.

Overview

This MSc is for HR planners, localisation officers, and family-enterprise people leads who already live inside GCC quota files, bilingual job adverts, and dashboards that count heads without counting capability. Arab Leadership University will not make you a CIPD licensee or a ministry inspector. You will model workforce supply, design stay-in-post pathways, and write EN+AR plans a family board can fund. Tuition-free online. Capstones use anonymised localisation files, not a generic HRM essay with nitaqat mentioned once. Identity-checked exams sit beside workforce memos. You will not claim CIPD, SHRM, or a ministry inspector badge in any public description.

Delivered fully online with live seminars, recorded lectures, and tutor support.
