Overview

This MPA is for Levant municipality, ministry, and public-agency staff who already run bilingual files under fiscal stress, donor annexes, and family-enterprise contractors. Arab Leadership University will not gazette you and will not use League of Arab States logos. You will practise public administration as operations: procurement, people, and service recovery. Thirty-six credits, tuition-free online. Capstones use anonymised Levant administrative files, not a generic MPA case set in a capital that is not yours. Identity-checked exams sit beside municipal memos. You will not claim a civil-service rank, security clearance, or UN/LAS appointment.
