If you cannot sign in to the Pulse College portal

Students who cannot open the Pulse College portal should reset the password from the sign-in page and wait ten minutes before trying again. If access still fails, the service desk needs the student number and the time of the attempt. Do not send the password.

Library proxy and the learning platform use the same account. Fixing the sign-in fixes both.
